You Couldn’t Possibly

This is by far on my top favorite Emo-rock cds. Farewell to Fashion is a three piece set. From the first song to the last, this cd fulfills. I can listen to the whole thing without skipping a track, something that is hard to find nowadays. The songs have very catchy lyrics and flow. I love singing along to this album, the lyrics are definitely catchy. I am not positive on this, but it sounds like FtF has 2 or 3 different singers. Some songs sound like a completely different person(which it probably is). They are a litle heavier than Further Seems Forever and a little less as heavy as Dead Poetic. Only one song has screaming, which leads to a very cool and unexpected breakdown.

A few flaws that this cd has it that the recording isn as top notch as I wish it was. The drums aren’t very loud and Don’t really sound like a drum, the guitar and bass come through clear though. Also, on very few parts the singer seems to hit a note that doesn’t sound on key. Though, it could be the recording, It’s still there. These flaws are easily overlooked because the quality of the songs and the overall catchiness to the album is wonderful. I let a friend borrow it and she wouldn’t bring it back to me, she loved it.
