Happy Hardcore

This CD is hip hop much in the vane of John Rueben. It is as the name suggests happy.” I love this guys heart it really shines through in his lyrics. He loves doing this he loves God and wants to reach people with joyful uplifting tracks. That rules. However as far as overall beats and flows I am not huge on it. They often come across somewhat cheesy. My favorite tracks on the CD are the ones with guest rappers and I feel bad for that. Some of the songs lack the energy of intensity that I come to expect in hip hop tracks. Honestly I couldn’t do anything that I am currently harping on so take my criticisms that way. Check him out on mypsace and make your own judgements a lot of people love a lot of things I don’t. This is a good release there is a lot of room for maturing and I could see his next CD being much better!Myspace Site

I've been doing some form of ministry since 2000. For 13 years I was involved in the youth ministry at Cordova Neighborhood Church as everything from youth intern to youth pastor. God has led me and my lovely wife Bethany to Church of the Foothills where I currently reside as the Digital Publishing Coordinator. I'm excited to see where God leads my wife and I.
